Game data on your device
Switch Exit saves level progress, settings and earned cosmetic points in the app’s private storage. The game has no player account, developer-run server or game cloud-sync service. iOS may include this app-support data in device backups, depending on your backup settings. Removing the app removes its local data; restoring a device backup may restore it. Using Reset game clears saved progress and collection rewards from the app on this device and starts again at level 1. A device backup may still restore older app data.
Ads and consent
The app integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for rewarded and interstitial ads and consent choices. Google Mobile Ads may process an IP address or approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app performance and diagnostic or crash information. Google and ad technology partners enabled for the app may process information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and related purposes. The partners shown in the in-app consent flow are the current list.
Optional game analytics
Firebase Analytics is optional and stays off until you enable it in the app. If you opt in, Google receives limited gameplay and ad events: campaign or daily level starts and restarts; first successful level completions; level number and mode; move, restart and blocked-move counts; and completion duration. Ad events record requests, format and placement, whether an ad loaded or failed (including a numeric error code for load failures), and whether it was shown or a reward was earned. These custom events do not include your name, email address, support message or daily-puzzle date. Firebase may also collect technical app and device details and a Firebase app-instance ID. We use this information to understand level progression and difficulty, check ad delivery reliability and improve the game. You can withdraw consent in Settings at any time. Analytics is not required for gameplay or rewards.
Legal bases
The app stores progress and settings locally to provide the game you choose to play. This is necessary to perform the app licence agreement. We use support emails to answer requests and retain necessary records on the basis of our legitimate interests and any legal duties. We do not send game progress to our own server. For advertising, the applicable basis depends on your region, the choices recorded through UMP and the partners shown in its consent form. Optional Firebase Analytics is processed only with your consent. You can withdraw it in Settings; this does not affect gameplay or rewards.
Your ad choices
UMP requests the current consent status and presents a consent form where required. When the app offers Privacy Options in Settings, use it to review or change available choices. Depending on your region and choices, personalized ads may be limited or unavailable; ads that are permitted without personalization may still appear. Ads are not required to solve puzzles or use earned points. Google explains its data use and controls in its privacy information.
Support email
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any details you choose to include, such as the level and app or iOS version. We use them to answer and resolve your request. Do not send sensitive personal information. We keep support correspondence while it is needed to handle the request and for any applicable legal record-keeping period.
Providers, transfers and retention
Google and the ad partners shown in UMP process advertising and consent data under their own privacy information. Our email and website delivery providers process support messages and connection data to provide those services. These providers may process data in other countries under their applicable safeguards. The game itself does not send progress to an in-app.pro game server. Google sets retention for its services; local game data remains until removed from the device or a backup. If you opt in and Firebase Analytics is configured, Google processes analytics data under its Firebase terms and privacy information; Google sets the applicable retention periods.
Your rights and children
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to your data-protection authority. Contact [email protected] for requests about the publisher’s processing; use in-app Privacy Options and Google’s controls for Google ad choices. The game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. The App Store age rating will be shown on the product listing. For optional analytics, change or withdraw your choice in the app’s Settings.
