Switch Exit Terms of Use

Apple app licence

These terms provide Switch Exit-specific information and do not replace an end-user licence agreement. Unless a custom EULA is selected for Switch Exit in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the app licence.

The game and its points

Switch Exit is a logic game with no in-app purchases. Collection points and cosmetic items are earned through play. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or external goods or services, and cannot be bought with money. Points may be spent only in the in-game reward shop on its listed cosmetic items; they are game features, not a payment balance.

Ads and connectivity

Some ads require an internet connection. The core puzzles are designed to remain playable offline. Ads are provided by Google and are subject to the privacy choices described in the Switch Exit Privacy Policy.

Use and ownership

The app, puzzles, artwork, sounds and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the app for personal, lawful gameplay. Do not copy, distribute, modify or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law permits.

Local progress and changes

Progress and points are stored locally and may be included in an iOS backup. The game does not provide account-based recovery or cloud synchronisation. Deleting app data or restoring an older backup may remove recent progress. We may update or discontinue features; mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
